Sabine Sauber, Gründerin von Design Offices und Neue Höfe, stellt vor, wie gesellschaftlicher Impact ein Erfolgsfaktor für Unternehmen sein kann.

Wie gelingt unternehmerischer Erfolg durch positive Wirkung? Diese Frage steht im Mittelpunkt der neuen Veranstaltungsreihe „Landvorteil Innovation Talks“, die am 26. Juni 2025 in der Kramserei in Klein Krams (Landkreis Ludwigslust-Parchim/ Meck-Pom)  ihren Auftakt feiert. 

Die Reihe widmet sich dem Potenzial von Social Entrepreneurship: Sie zeigt auf, wie die Ausrichtung eines Geschäftsmodells auf gesellschaftlichen Mehrwert nicht nur dem Gemeinwohl dient, sondern auch ein echtes unternehmerisches Plus sein kann.

Im Vortrag gibt Sabine Sauber Einblicke in ihre Reise, ihre Wirkungsabsichten und Werte und erzählt, wie sie vom Aufbau eines erfolgreichen innovativen Unternehmens hin zum Akademie-Gedanken gekommen ist.

Über die Eventreihe

Die Landvorteil Innovation Talks bringen Gründer:innen und Macher:innen auf die Bühne, die erfolgreiche Unternehmen mit sozialer Wirkung aufgebaut haben. Im Anschluss an die Vorträge wird darüber diskutiert, wie eine gemeinwohlorientierte Ausrichtung ein unternehmerisches Plus für das eigene Geschäftsmodell sein kann – für mittelständische Unternehmen ebenso wie für Start-ups. Ein Lern- und Netzwerkraum für alle, die gesellschaftliche Wirkung mit erfolgreichem Unternehmertum verbinden wollen.

- die mehr über Inklusion in der Arbeitswelt erfahren wollen

Do you have an idea for a social* initiative, project, business, or educational project? Would you like to learn about trends and organizational forms that evolved in the era of digitalization? Would you like to gain knowledge and skills and network with other social projects from Belarus and Germany? Are you looking for some selected, trusted, and preferably free tools for your mission in the middle of unlimited digital communication?

Experienced social entrepreneurs, NGO workers, and digital teachers from Belarus, Germany, and the UK can help you on your way! Learn about new communication techniques and knowledge sharing in your team or external communication with your target group or clients, existing and potential supporters, public or international partners. Learn to use these tools mindfully.

Use them for the benefit of your project and get some constructive feedback from peers and experts.
