DECEMBER'S COMMUNITY CALL ON EMOTIONS AT WORK

The monthly Community Call is a digital get-together open to anyone interested, in and beyond the community. Each month we focus on a specific topic, creating a shared space for discussion, exchange of ideas and reflection.

On December 11, we are going to talk about emotions, and how to deal with them, especially at work. In our everyday lives, we constantly experience many emotions. But if we don't acknowledge or express them, our professional conversations can be affected. Keeping too many emotions inside or repressing them can lead to a problem called "Restless Thoughts Syndrome," where we can't stop thinking about the same issue again and again – without ever finding a solution. Together with Alexandra Choutko, we will explore the solution to this common problem: stop (over)thinking and start feeling.

Facilitators:
The call will be hosted by Diana Oser, collaboratio helvetica's community fairy together with our guest Alexandra Choutko. She supports people, start-ups, and organizations on their journey towards transformation, and is especially interested in exploring the deep root causes of issues and recognizing engrained patterns that can be deconstructed and rebuilt to foster well-being. Alexandra is a catalyst in collaboration Helvetica's current fourth edition of the Catalyst Lab for the climate.
