✍️ Content Manager (20-40hrs): a creative storyteller that can help us take our content creation and communications channels to the next level.

💰 Finance & Operations Manager (20-40hrs): a finance wizard that can support our day-to-day financial management, contractual obligations, and internal administrative processes.

🇩🇪 SIA Germany Project Manager (20-40hrs): A driven project manager that can help us unleash the potential of SIA across Germany, supporting the implementation of our program and its strategic orientation.

Join a diverse group of leaders on a 12 week adventure through facilitated online workshops, peer-coaching sessions and plenty of tools and resources to implement into your work. Explore topics including leading in complexity, building cultures of trust, leading with purpose and values, empowering others, setting boundaries, dealing with conflict and feedback and much more.

Creating the link between inner and outer development: tools and frameworks for guiding change
Understanding and strengthening the connection between inner dimensions and outer action is an age-old endeavour. We are excited to co-host this workshop together with two partner organisations – Agentur 2020 and Von Westfalen. Both organisations have extensive experience in supporting teams and organisations on their path towards sustainability.In our workshop, we will:

• introduce the framework of the Inner Development Goals and how it links to your work, and
• explore how finding relevant metrics and applying evaluation in a regenerative way can support you in developing inner and teamwork capacities.
