Zum Projekthintergrund:

Unser Angebot an Workshops, Community-Calls und Daily-Briefs ist Teil des Projekts „Mittelstand trifft Innovation: ESG-Optimierung durch Sozialunternehmen“, das durch das Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz, der Europäischen Union sowie dem Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) gefördert wird.

Unser Ziel: Sozialunternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Hinblick auf die kommende CSRD/ESG-Reporting Verpflichtung noch besser zu vermarkten, ihre Wirkung zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig wirtschaftlichen Erfolg zu erzielen.

In the Tech Skills for Impact webinar series from Social Impact Award Austria in cooperation with Microsoft, you can learn more about cloud computing, digital sustainability or data security and how you can use these to develop new impact and business models and sustainable digital solutions. This online workshop will further your knowledge around:

• types and purposes of data you're collecting
• what is important for storing and using this data
• data security and privacy issues

Florian Slezak, Microsoft expert in Data Security and Management, will be facilitating this webinar and you will get the opportunity to ask him all your questions and exchange experiences with other participants.

In order to drive our work at Unity Effect forward strategically and operationally, we are currently looking for two new people to join our team, starting between January and March 2023.  

Facilitator and project coordinator - full time

Work with us to expand and deepen our workshop portfolio around collaborative leadership and teamwork, (digital) facilitation and regenerative impact.

(Student) Assistant - mini-job basis, 8-10 hours per week

Supporting in background research and conceptual work, including developing and maintaining a database to consolidate our knowledge and experience.

Many of us start the new year with resolutions and motivation to do things differently. Yet to make a change, it’s often less about beginning and adding new things, and much more about stopping something “old” that no longer serves us.

That’s why we will start the year looking at boundaries and at saying no – knowing that setting and communicating healthy boundaries is crucial for effective and empowering collaboration and leadership.
