On behalf of all partners of the project IN SITU - Intergenerational Social Innovation Support Scheme, I am very pleased to invite you the second IN SITU Game Changers Fair which will take place on 9 and 10 November 2021.

The IN SITU Game Changer fair will present social innovative ideas, businesses and exciting best practices from social entrepreneurs. Get to know the vendors from our six partner regions in Austria, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Poland and Slovenia and learn how the IN SITU training program supported them on their way to start a social business. Discussions and lectures on social entrepreneurship, particularly financing, will complete the program.

Start the fair with our motivational sessions, find out about Social Impact Investment or how to use Social Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation as a tool for social inclusion and get to know the social entrepreneurship experts from Central Europe. The event is for both young people with no prior experience and knowledge about the field, as well as young people with an existing idea for a social venture looking to pursue social entrepreneurship further. Participants also get the opportunity to learn more about the next steps of the SIA program, including our internationally-recognized incubation program and awards.

Die Veranstaltung bringt 18 Expert:innen auf die Bühne, die ihre wertvollen Einblicke und Erfahrungen mit uns teilen werden. Sie sprechen über Herausforderungen und Unterstützungen bei der Gründung eines Sozialunternehmens, bieten Einblicke in Finanzierung, Kommunikation & Reichweite, Rechtsformwahl und politische Rahmenbedingungen - und beantworten auch eure Fragen!

Ich werde einen Einblick hinter die Geschichte dieser Plattform und Reflecta geben. Freut euch außerdem auf eine Keynote von Katharina Reuter, Geschäftsführerin des Bundesverband Nachhaltige Wirtschaft e.V. und einen Einblick in die Ergebnisse des 4. Deutschen Social Entrepreneurship Monitors (DSEM) des SEND e.V.. Außerdem sind Expert:innen von Organisationen wie myclimate, WEtell, WILDPLASTIC, Social Economy Berlin, Holi, crowd cosmonaut, studio36, Smart, SuperCoop, Quartiermeister Stiftung, Stiftung Wirkungsanteil, BERLIN STARTUP SCHOOL vertreten. 

Die Moderation übernehmen Lukas Marzi und Dominique Schmidt. Die Veranstaltung wird organisiert von Marziplan mit Unterstützung von Bundesverband Nachhaltige Wirtschaft (BNW), WEtell.Mobilfunk, holi und myclimate. Die LMU München sucht pro bono - Mentor*innen (bzw. Coaches) und ein Jurymitglied für die Social Entrepreneurship 4 Health – School.

Hierbei sollen Studierende der European Universities Alliance EUGLOH (LMU, Universidade do Porto, Lund University, Szeget University, Université Paris-Saclay) in internationalen Teams während der einwöchigen „Winter School“, vom 7. bis 11. Dezember 2020, ein eigenes Businessmodel für ein Sozialunternehmen erstellen.

Hierfür suchen sie Mentor*innen / Coaches, die die Studierenden bei der Entwicklung ihrer Projekte unterstützen können.

Darüber hinaus suchen sie ggf. noch ein Jury-Mitglied für die Final Pitches am 11. Dezember.

Untenstehend folgen die Voraussetzungen und Informationen für die Mentor*innen / Coaches auf Englisch, da der gesamte Kurs auf Englisch durchgeführt werden wird:

Requirements/Information for coaches:

• The should be from the following areas: health, business, (social) entrepreneurs (i.e. areas that are related to the topic Social Entrepreneurship 4 Health).
  
• Coaches/Mentors will be coaching/mentoring 1 or 2 teams of about 5 students (depends on number of registrations)
  
• Coaches/Mentors are expected to provide guidance towards the daily goals for their team, enable their teams to come up with their own ideas, provide insights into personal experience as source of inspiration, ask open and critical questions and have fun!
  
• Course Dates: December 7th – 11th Coaching/Mentoring time per day per team would be 1-2 hours per day
  
• Coaches/Mentors may agree on the exact coaching/mentoring times with the teams themselves, however should be conducted during the defined time slots in the attached curriculum.
  
• Coaches/Mentors will receive a coaching/mentoring manual beforehand for further guidance
